Our History
Ansa Solutions Pty Ltd provides Business Consulting services to a broad range of organisations
across a variety of industry sectors. In February 2000 Ansa Solutions established
a recruitment division in response to the expressed needs of their business clients.
As a result, Ansa JobBank was formed to provide high quality professional recruitment
services. Ansa JobBank has grown from this and now has an established client base
of over 300 employers.
What we do
Ansa JobBank builds and enhances partnerships with Employers which extend beyond the
initial placement process. The primary aim of Ansa JobBank is to provide Employers
with appropriate Job Seekers, whose skills and experience match their requirements.
The full range of recruitment services is offered to Employers; from Advertising vacancies,
referring suitable candidates and confirming placements through to the provision of
current information on various State and Federal Government initiatives relating to
wage and training subsidies.
We ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations, maintaining open communication
lines and focusing on providing high quality timely services. We provide employers
with dedicated Account Managers with whom they deal personally. We achieve client
satisfaction whilst adhering to ethical principles and complying with Departmental
regulations and guidelines, the Job Placement Code of Practice and also the provisions
of the anti-discrimination, equal opportunity and privacy acts.
Due to our diverse range of Employer clients, we obtain vacancies across a range of
industries and skill levels. Therefore we provide Job Seekers with access to a large
variety of vacancies. We achieve this through our partnership with Job Network and
other agencies. We notify them of all vacancies we obtain and also provide them with
the opportunity of referring their Job Seeker clients to these positions.
Ansa JobBank has a particular interest in assisting people who face significant barriers
in achieving meaningful employment. We have partnerships with associations and specialist
agencies who provide assistance and support to these 'at risk' groups. We also work
closely with Job Network Agencies to assist them in placing their clients in employment.
How We Achieve
To facilitate this recruitment process Ansa JobBank utilises state-of-the-art systems.
These systems have been designed to allow rapid placement of suitable candidates with
employers. The speed with which Ansa JobBank is able to provide suitable applicants
and then fill vacancies and is a feature of our services that employers find most
attractive.
Our primary tool in providing rapid-response recruitment services is our secure matching
system. This system is designed to ensure that only suitable candidates are presented
to employers and that all the personal information of candidates and employers remains
protected and private.
Ansa JobBank maintains a quality service by being committed to continuous improvement
and best-practice principles.
Our Involvement
To enhance our involvement in the community we maintain active links with employer
groups, industry associations, service clubs, volunteer organisations and other allied
associations. |
